How can I determine my size?

Do the thobes contain silk?
In adherence to Islamic guidelines, we do not use any silk in our products, as it is considered haram (forbidden) for men to wear silk in Islam. Instead, we use a carefully selected cotton-polyester blend that offers a luxurious and comfortable matte satin finish, ensuring that our products align with Islamic principles while providing quality and style.

What if an item is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, you can often sign up for a notification when it becomes available again.

Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to monitor the status of your package.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can typically be cancelled within a short window of time after purchase. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible for assistance with order cancellations.

Why is the left pocket missing from my thobe?
Traditional Moroccan thobes are intentionally designed with only a right pocket. This is not a fault but rather a deliberate choice in the design to facilitate access for adjusting clothes worn underneath.

How do I care for my thobes?
We recommend gentle hand washing in cold water with mild detergent. Avoid using bleach or harsh chemicals. After washing, gently squeeze out excess water and hang to air dry. Please refrain from tumble drying, as this can damage the fabric and embroidery.

What is your return policy?
Our return policy allows customers to initiate returns within 30 days of purchase. We are currently unable to provide refunds; instead, we offer store credit. To qualify for full store credit, the thobes must remain in their original, unworn, and resalable condition. If you wish to change your size or style, we recommend you repurchase using your store credit. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
